Yes!! Once we receive your order you’ll receive a notification via email or text on how to confirm the payment and if payment is not confirmed within the next 24 hours order will be cancelled.

How can I check the status of my order?

Track your order using the tracking code which we are going to provide to us after you order to check if your order is correct and after we take you package to the delivery agency you will track using the Order Tracker provided with your order details by email. If this doesn’t give you the information you’re looking for, please use our contact form to get in touch with us.

What to do if my email is not replied?

If you haven’t heard back from us, please check your spam folder. If you’ve emailed us more than twice without a reply, please email us one more time using a different email account. You can also leave us a voicemail with your contact number and we will gladly call you back. NB HOTMAIL has a real bad habit of junking our emails.

When will my order arrive?

For all shipping with the United States it normally 2-3 days maximum for it to get delivered to your home address. Other part of the world, that is out of the United States it will depend on your location but maximum 5 day. Any order made on Sundays is paid for and then shipped on Mondays.

Can I track my order after the payment is confirmed?

All orders are traceable on the mailing website using their track and trace facility. When we send out your order, we’ll email you the tracking reference number.

How safe is shipping and delivery?

How do you ship?
We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet.
– Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.
– Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success!
– We usually ship in soft toys, video cassettes, dolls. We wrap items in carbon photo paper. Xray will not penetrate. Packages are Double Vacuum Seal and Stealth Package on all orders so it can’t be scent detected by canine (dogs) or electronic sniffers,

–Lager orders are professionally wrapped into an oily plastic, no smell, no x-ray penetration and cannot be detected even with the ION scanner. Then packaged into a Play-station or X-box carton so buyer receives stuff as though receiving a newly ordered game.
– The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment&Handling charge).
– We also reuse original cardboard boxes for packing different products that fit in ( because we are ecological oriented company and because this way there is more possibility to deliver successfully)
– Shipments are sent from various addresses within the UNITED STATES and different European countries. How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?

How do I change my order after it has been placed?

If you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number  on the order note or email or text us to notify us (it will automatically be canceled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 24 hrs).

NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.
