What will my order look like--will it be discreet?

All orders are sent discreetly and are double vacuum sealed and checked by Ellie or Ruth. No paperwork will be sent with packages.

When you order from us, our packaging team will carefully decide whether it should be sent in a PlayStation Box , protective envelope or toys that will be use for added protection or something else for longer deliveries.

How much is shipping?

All delivery costs are worked out during the order process. The cost of delivery is dependent on your location Within the US($40) and Other countries out of the USA ($60).

We frequently offer free shipping to certain orders and with bitcoins orders so make sure to read the checkout page carefully .

Can I track my order?

Yes, if your order was shipped with a tracked service, you will receive your tracking reference number with your dispatch confirmation e-mail. This is also available as they will email you once its shipped.

Do you ship to my State/Country

Yes, we ship to every country in the world but we strongly recommend you check your country and state laws to check that you can legally purchase the products we sell. All products sold on the website are sale in the United States.

We do ship to persons with or without marijuana card

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In most cases, your order will be sent within 2-3 days after payment confirmation. If there are issues with your order, we will contact you immediately. During busy periods, please check our Support Center to find out if there are any delays before contacting us.

Generally US orders are received within 2-3 working days once dispatched. Orders to Europe are received within 5-7 workings days and orders to the rest of the world within 5-10 workings days.  We would appreciate your patience when waiting for orders so please only get in touch if your order is getting towards the end of these times or if it has passed. We will then do our best to help.

What happens if I send a wrong address?

If you give us an incorrect address you will need to contact us immediately so we can cancel your order. If your order has already been sent we cannot be held responsible for its whereabouts. If it is returned to our Office, we will contact you to re-send it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

This is an URGENT change. You must email us as soon as possible to change your order. We are open Monday to Friday 9 am- 5pm West Coast Time

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes. If your order must not be signed for the PO Box.
